Andee and Anastasia have produced over 60 events and programs together to date. Whether they’re producing large conferences and networking events or intimate bespoke programs, workshops, and private dinners, they’ve been committed to perfecting every single detail. They are the creative team behind the theme and content, designers behind the décor, collateral, and A/V, sales team behind ticket distribution, and sometimes even florists! No challenge is too small and they’re constantly iterating and identifying new ways to curate unique experiences for their guests.

ANASTASIA CREW

Co-Founder

A Russian native, Anastasia came to the U.S. as an immigrant over 10 years ago and has been on a mission to support fellow international and immigrant entrepreneurs ever since. She has spent her entire career developing programs and producing events for international startups, corporates, and non-profits. She holds an MBA from San Francisco State University, a BA in International Relations from Ural Federal University in Russia, and a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

ANDEE COnstine

Co-Founder

Andee has worked for, with, and on startups since she was a teenager. As an Irish citizen and the daughter of two immigrants, she is passionate about leveraging her background in content creation, startup knowledge, network, and creativity to design, curate and execute impactful events for international entrepreneurs. She holds a BBA in Business Management from Roanoke College and a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

ERIC HARRIS

Associate

Eric was first exposed to the world of startups when he worked at a chemical device startup while studying chemical engineering at the University of Delaware. After becoming enamored by the startup ecosystem he decided to learn more about the various business challenges startups face and how to address them. Eric is currently pursuing an MBA at the Yale School of Management with a focus on startups and venture capital investing.

Sahil Parikh

Associate

Sahil Parikh is the Co-Founder of MedLock, a health-tech venture aiming to use real-time patient insights to personalize care for chronic conditions. He is also a current student at the University of Virginia, studying Finance and Cognitive Science. As a Royster Lawton Fellow, he will be sharing his experiences at Founders Embassy with other UVA students to inspire them to join socially impactful organizations.
